About me…

I am a California based associate marriage family therapist. I have an M.A. in Marriage Family Therapy from California Graduate Institute and a doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology-Los Angeles. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient programs and inpatient rehab facilities.

My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic, though I value utilizing CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to develop coping strategies. I work collaboratively to expose the relationship between past and present. We will explore and gain insight in order to understand the present. Through this exploration we will uncover what went wrong, and I can provide the tools to move forward and heal.

My practice is open and supportive to all genders, sexual orientation, ethnicities, backgrounds and religious practices. I want to support you in this courageous process.
